What happens after i have bought a large item for delivery?
Once you have purchased one of our large items that requires a 2 man delivery, a member of our team will get in touch to suggest some possible delivery slots.
Do you only deliver during the day?
No, our team deliver in the evening and at weekends. When you are contacted to arrange a delivery slot, we will discuss with you when it would be most convenient.
Does the delivery price increase if I buy more than one item?
No. The delivery price is the same no matter how many items you buy.
How quickly are items delivered?
We aim to deliver your furniture within 1-2 weeks of confirmation.
Deliveries to certain postcodes (those closest to the showroom) are usually made within 72 hours.
Do you give me a specific time for delivery?
Yes. A 1 hour time slot will be given in which to expect us. For couriers outside the M25 this may vary.
Do you carry the furniture into the house?
Yes.
What if I live on the third floor?
No problem.
