Do you deliver outside London?
Yes. Please email Sophie with your postcode for a quote.
How do I buy something I see online?
Call or email Sophie and she will reserve it for you. Find her details on our contact page.
How do I pay?
Payment is by cash or cheque on delivery/collection. Deposits are not needed in advance of the delivery, however you are welcome to leave one if you would prefer. A receipt will be provided against a deposit.
How do I arrange delivery of my item?
After deciding you would like to buy something, call or email Sophie and she will arrange delivery with you. If you reserve something when visiting the warehouse, you can arrange a delivery time there.
Does the delivery price increase if I buy more than one item?
No. The delivery price is the same no matter how many items you buy.
How quickly are items delivered?
We aim to deliver your furniture within 7 days of confirmation.
When do you deliver?
Once a week, usually on a Saturday/Sunday or a weekday evening. During busier times, we have 2 delivery days a week.
Do you give me a specific time for delivery?
Yes. A one hour slot will be given when you can expect us.
Do you carry the furniture into the house?
Yes.
What if I live on the third floor?
No problem.
What if the furniture doesn’t fit?
We do ask that people measure up carefully. If you want to email over any measurements or photos of doorways etc to get our opinion, please do. We can usually advise whether it will fit.
If, when the furniture is delivered, it doesn’t fit, we take it away and charge the delivery price.
Can I rent the furniture?
Yes. The furniture can be rented at £50 per piece, per day, plus two delivery charges, for delivery and collection.
